Since my reef was almost wiped out by monti eating nudi's. I will never, and I mean never ever put another new addition in my tank without a long quarantine period. Dips just aren't enough. I'm wondering if a quarantine tank with a 100 or even 200 micron sock would keep pests at bay? Does anybody do this? Of course you would need a shut off so you could change out the socks
quarantine idea good or bad?
