Quarantine tank for sps?

How would you set up a quarantine tank for sps coral.
I was thinking of using a 20 long, hob filter with material seeded from display. Heater and a powerhead. Not sure on lighting.

What would you do? Suggest?

That should work fine. A small halide 175-250 watt or a small t5. Or of course an led fixture would be more than adequate. Will this tank be permanent? If so, and if you get new corals even twice a year than it should be, I'd put a Melanurus wrasse in there too. Hang on skimmer would be a good call as well. Not sure if you meant that in your post.
