Quarantine Tank...

I want to set up a quarantine tank and was wondering what the best type of filtration would be?? Could I use a regular hang on back filter or canister. Do I need to set up a sump for the QT tank??

no need for a sump, mine is a hang on the back filter type with the charcoal an filter floss
