Quarantining procedures?

I'm getting a new shipment of fish on Thursday, and I'm wondering if this quarantining procedure will be efficient or if I should modify it.

I am planning on getting them and acclimating them into the hospital/qt tank on Thursday.

Friday I will start treatment with quinine sulfate and do the one dose every 3 that last a total of 12 days. After the quinine treatment is done, I was planning on giving them a full week to recover, but I do not know for sure if this is needed?

After the recovery period, I was planning on treating with Prazipro for 5-7 days as its directed on the packaging.

One of the main things I'm not sure about is should I start treating right away? Or would it be better to give the fish more time to settle in before starting treatment?

All of the fish are wild caught, so I want to make sure they are healthy before introducing them to my display. I'm planning on them being in the QT tank for 5-6 weeks while it finishes its fallow period.

I don't know anything about quinine sulfate, so I can't say on that. I can tell you that I recently had a P Blue Tang w/Flukes and it took 4 FULL TREATMENTS of Prazi to completely wipe out the Flukes and eggs! Crazy, huh!?

I used to work for a guy who did aquarium maintenance and would order 1000's of dollars worth of fish at a time. He would QT for 4 weeks treating all his fish w/Copper, and Maracyn 1 & 2. They all just got the initial doses the night he got them all in and that was it. I can tell you this, he rarely ever lost a fish. Of course, I suspect it also had a lot to do with the wholesaler he used - Quality Marine.
