Queen Tiger Anthias

I was looking at these guys online since I saw them at the wholesaler a few weeks back. On Live Aquaria it says they are easy but then marine center says they are difficult. So i am not sure what to think of these guys and have never really heard much about them on here. I think they are beautiful! and seem to be more docile then most of the other anthias Ive seen. Wanted to see if anyone else has any experience with these guys. Thanks

I'd rate them as shy and rather sensitive Anthias. Finicky eaters that are (possibly) difficult to wean to prepared foods. They don't appreciate boisterous tankmates. Other species of Anthias might be a better choice.
Make sure to read the Anthias section of Scott Michaels 'Reef Fishes Vol. One'.

same as bartletts (very close anyway) They are more shy, but acclimate just as well and IME they have eaten everything frozen (mysis especially)

very nice anthia, and not to often seen. :)
