So I have recently noticed that most of my acros have had great polyp extention, but the actual polyp is closed at the end. It seems like they are almost reaching for something but then the ends are pretty closed up. Does anyone have any ideas on this? I tried some new carbon to see if it was possibly some kind of chemical in the water, but that doesn't seem to play any effect. I did recently have a little alk swing, but the polyps had been closed before that as well. I can try to get some pictures on here of what I mean if that helps.
