Question about air pump

Is there any air pump that turn on by itself (battery) when the power goes out?
I talked to PA and MD but they don't have anything like that.

I have that pump on my small office tank (due to some power outages at work) I got some of that rigid plastic tubing and attached it to an airline so the tank can get water movement if the power goes out.

Although when we lose power at work, all the computers reboot, so that's pretty bad, but nothing (except maybe some hard drives) dies when that happens!

In anycase, the Penn Plax B-11 works as advertised!

Yeah I hate power outage. I always have system die when the power goes out .
