question about baby clownfish

I need this information urgently so i am posting it here , if anyone can tell me how I should handle lighting in my rearing tank. I have put couple of hundred goldband marroon clown fish larve there last night (so they are 14 hrs old) and i covered the rearing tank sides with black paper but I am not sure if I should leave the light open or off ?
also when do I take the cover off the sides?

sounds like you need to do more research before jumping the gun. the book clownfish by joyce wilkerson is great for raising clowns.

depends on how bright the light is. baby clown's eyes are not well developed when born.
