Question about Clowns

Ive had a pair of clowns in my 10 gallon nano tank for 2 years and neither have grown and they also have not become a mated pair (maybe because of tank size?). They are however very happy and active. We are about to get another tank, 100 gallons, 33 gallon sump. Will they become a mated pair because of tank increase even after being together for so long and not?

Most likely. Mating in clownfish is somewhat related to size, not just age. If they live in a crowded/small environment, they often stay small. I don't know if this causes them to stay juvenile.
Most likely they're already bonded, but the lack to space keeps them from mating. Especially if you have other fish living in the same 10 gallon tank.
