I'm planning on doing a 36X36X24 cube with a 36X30X20 sump against an outside wall on the first floor of a condo building. The building is a renovated historical building originally constructed in 1880. Does anyone have any input on whether or not I need to worry about reinforcing the floor? Total water volume is estimated to be around 200gals maybe? Aren't old buildings generally built stronger than newer construction? Should I consult a structural engineer? Thanks.
