Question about how many fish I can treat in my QT

Hello everyone,

So my fish are diseased with marine ich. Out of the five fish that I have, three are showing symptoms: My 3 inch Scopas Tang, my 3 inch Barberfish (also known as a black nose butterfly) and a 3 inch pseudochromis. My question is would putting all three fish in my 20 gallon quarantine tank to treat them with copper be doable or will it just stress them out? Would it be better to just leave the fish in my DT?

To much fish for a 20 gallon tank. Get something larger if you want to rid your tank of ich because you will have to leave your DT fallow for 72 days. Otherwise, there is no point treating the fish.
