Question about LED flicker with video

Hey guys,

So on this video I took of my sun coral, you can see something that looks like passing lines on the video which I assume has to do with the led, the camera shutter speed etc. Any tips on how to get rid of it?
It was shot on my iPhone but looking to get a macro for my 7D to shoot some similar videos.

Did you turn your flow off?

My guess is your shutter speed is a bit high and your frame rate is a bit low.
I've seen this 'fluttery' effect when recording at 24p and a high shutter speed, don't know the specifics though. I'd try to reduce the shutter speed and/or increase the frame rate.
