Long answer - Not advisable.
Softies can release chemicals that stoney (SPS) corals won't like. Big time chemical warefare that your SPS would lose.
Ever kept a reef tank before? With SPS you have to keep the nitrates and phosphates at zero (meaning very few fish), calcium, magnesium and alkalinity levels in check and tons of flow. Not easy to pull of SPS in a nano.
A softie/LPS reef would work though.
