I have taken lots of pic's of my corals and fish in my 180 with no problems. I'm now trying to take a picture of a riccordea in my bowfront and no matter what I do ...it comes out out of focus?
Using a D200 Nikon and a macro lens. This has got to be something to do with the slant of the glass ?
thanks

Very likely, yes. Of course, you always want to make sure your lens is perfectly squared up with the glass, but even more so with bowfronts. The curvature of the glass is pretty hard on photos. Even the "experts" only manage mediocre shots out of curved glass.
