Question about QT

I've got some wrasses going through a QT process. My question is should I work on getting them up to match my DT salinity first or treat them with cupramine first? They have a few spots on them so I know ich is present but don't know if I should treat first or bring up salinity because I know that causes stress on them as well. I have a good amount of flow and a air stone in there so hoping that keeps oxygen levels up while bringing salinity up to alleviate some stress. Thanks in advance!

I would read and use tank transfer as the best way of eradicating ich.
