Question about Rhizo

Hi, I am thinking about adding Rhizo's to my mixed reef, I just have a few questions.

How many feedings a week do they require? I normally feed my corals 3-4 times a week, will that be enough?

Also can they handle strong lighting? I don't have that much room for placement that has shade, Im running a aquatinics solar flare that throws out a ton of light.

Any other tips would be great,

From my experience they do not like strong lighting. Feedings 3-4 times a week should be good. I feed mine every other day.
