Question about sand bugs?

I have a question and wondering if anyone would be able to help me out. I notice that when I turn on my 30gal Oceanic BioCube tank in the morning, I see a lot of little bugs crawling all over the rocks and digging into the crushed coral sand bed. Is the bugs a good sign of a healthy tank? I am wondering if i need to get somethng to eat them. I have 1 yellow tang/ lawnmower blenny/pajama cardinal/clown fish/blue leg hermits & snails. I have various corals in my tank.
