Question about Sensors

I am considering the Profilux and I had a quick question, those of you that use the controller might find it a dump question. Is there a way to connect a sensor to the controller that would read voltages, for example a sensor that produces between 1-5 volts DC?

The SMS unit thats is an accessory to the ProfiLux has a digital input that can read voltages from 1 to 24v

The PIII upgrade out next year will likely have various flexibilities also
