question about the controller

i got a 200 gallon tank. 7x2x2

i want 2 stream pump on each side , which one you would recommend?

and the multicontroller, except the tunze pumps, will it also power other brand's powerhead, ie. maxijet1200?

The multicontroller can only run Tunze pumps and only those designated "Electronic" or "Classic"- Classic Turbelle require an adapter. My advice would be start with 2 6100 Stream- 4 is likely way too much flow.

do i need any prefilter thing in the intake part? since it's so powerful, is it any potential that the fish would be sucked into the pump?

No prefilter is possible for the Stream. The intake grate and outlet are essentially one piece. The outlet is 2" diameter with a crosshatch dividing the outlet- only the smallest fish could enter and this is rare. The inlet is much like the thin slats in an acrylic overflow and it is unlikely a fish could enter. Outside of stomatid snails I have only heard one report of live animals entering the pump and they were very small staghorn damsels.
