question about toadstool leather growing

I have a toadstool leather that I brought like four months ago and it is not growing any, can someone tell me what I am doing wrong and why is it not growing. All my water parameters are where they are suppose to be.
Specific gravity 1.023
Kh 150
Calcium 420
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 40
Ammonium 0
Phosphates 0

your nitrates are way high do a few water changes to get them down to 0

Agreed with jarred, I didn't see mine start to grow till after i got my nitrates and phosphates down. It don't hurt to feed it either (not saying you don't), mine seems to like kent microvert.

well mine grew best with nitrates between 20-40ppm. I would raise your sg up to 1.025 though. what type of lighting are you using?

mine started as the size of a golf ball and after a year here it is in my 75 gal. with 20-40ppm.
