Question about TTM

I have a question about TTM. After you complete the last transfer can I leave the fish in that tank for observation or to i need to move them to another tank at the 72 hour mark?

i always move mine in to a grow out/observation system that is distinct from the last tank they were in for TTM.

Even if your going to QT them for longer, you should still do the last transfer to another tank. Preferably a stable/cycled QT tank for further observation/more meds.
