question about upgrade

so I've read through the thread and have a couple of questions still:
I have a mp40, so to get it to the mp40w gen2 I would need:
wwd upgrade, magnet kit, and firmware (which I can get locally)?
Do I need a wetside assembly from a mp40w? or is the wetside assembly the same on the mp40 and mp40w gen1?
can I order all the parts I need to upgrade direct from ecotech??

Correct, you will need the WWD, magnet kit and firmware. You will not need any other parts.

Yes you can. Email service@ecotechmarine.com. You can get the magnet kit, WWD, and firmware upgrade through us. The only thing we can't sell you is a pump.
