question about upgrading magnet

I installed the magnet upgrade today, but my pump isnt working quite right. After the magnet upgrade, the pump sounds like its not aligned properly anymore. When doing the pulse for teh standing wave, the pump will pulse 3 quick times then turn off, 3 quick times then turn off, like its not aligned properly. Before the upgrade, it would do this, again, when I didn't have it aligned. Any ideas?

I recommend you leave it be for a bit to see if the problem works itself out. If not, I recommend you re-check your installation and make sure that everything is done right because the new magnet would not actually introduce any way for a problem to occur if it was installed properly.

It looks like the power light on the black power box blinks as well. Should that be happening?
