Question about your CaribSea Aragamax Oolitic Select Sand 30lb - Item Code: CS0932

I cannot find this product listed on CaribSea's website (below).

I called them and they do not know what this is, as they sell nothing by this exact name nor any product in the 0.5-1.02 mm grain size range. Would you please tell me what the CaribSea product number is for this, and maybe correct/update your product page in case this is outdated information? Thanks.

Thank you for your post, the information we have on our website is information we receive directly from the manufacturer, I am not quite sure who you might have spoken to at Carab sea or what their item number may be. We will check with our web design dept regarding the information on our page.

Hi Walter. Thanks for the reply. I just called them back and spoke with Betsy in Sales. She went to your website, and said your item number CS0932 corresponds to their product# 00932. They call it Aragamax Selectâ„¢ and describe it as having a precise 0.5 - 1.5 mm grain size. Because of the name and grain size differences on your website, I wasn't sure which product it was.

Yeah, whoevers in charge of the website, should update the substrate page allready, as it is totally incorrect.

Reading it, you would think the "CaribSea Aragamax Sugar-Sized Reef Sand: 0.2 - 1.2mm" would be a very fine sand, when in reality it is a very coarse 0.5 - 1.5 mm grain size

And the "CaribSea Aragamax Oolitic Select Reef Sand: 0.5-1.02mm " would seem larger grained, but again the information is incorrect and is actually a very very fine 0.1 - 1.0 mm grain size.
