Question fo sBox owners

Can anyone explain what the channels are? I'm trying to decide between the different options and I see the sBox basic is listed as having "2 channels with manual dimmer knobs." I'm new to LED lighting. Any idea what those two channels are? These are much more reasonably priced than the "timer" or "ramping" models.

In general..
Its a "white" and "blue" channel..
The white may also incorporate a few other colors like green/red,etc..

Blue will have a few spectrums of blue/uv

Do they usually Aldo have a channel for both together?
