Question for Roger. My skimmer needs repair.

Hi Roger,

I have a 9002 skimmer. I bought it in February, and I have not had consistent results... ever.

I've followed the directions for installation, and have even tried adjusting the height.

This is what usually happens. After a day or two of gradual adustments to the blue screw, the skimmer works nicely for about 2 days. Then, it looses steam slowly and barely produces any froth.

On the days when I feed my fish, I get a similar result after I temporarily turn off the water pumps (but I don't turn off the skimmer).

I'm really frustrated. Can you tell me where to send this for a repair/check-up? I don't have any warranty information.
