Question for Roger

Roger,

We had exchanged replies on a thread I started last week regarding a 6000 pump that I bought that would not work. I sent the pump to you and it should either arrive today or tomorrow. Since I sent the pump I have been worried that somehow it was user error and not the pump that was the problem. Is there any way you can let me know when you diagnose the problem so I can stop wondering if it was me or the pump. Also, what is the typical lead time for repairs? I appreciate your time and assistance.

I got a pump from Jacksonville yesterday so I assume that is yours, it came from a business. I haven't opened the box yet but I will get to it today and it will likely go back out today.

The pump arrived yesterday and works like a champ. Thanks for all of your help. I'll definately buy Tunze again.
