question on Prezipro

have a Pearl butterfly and shows signs of parasites
sort of flicks its tail and winches when it swims but eats well and occasionally flicks a rock as if there is something there
Tank is 220gal with lots of live rock and 2" sand bed
have added 60mls Prazipro 2 days ago and seems to have made no difference
fish still darts here and there as before
so does it take a few days to work

people usually do two rounds of prazipro in quarantine tank. are you sure it's flukes and not other parasites like ich? prazi won't work if it's ich.

fish was in QT for a month and did not notice anything like ich ...there are no marks on the body...nothing like salt marks
other RC members said it had to be fluke so I got a bottle from USA ...cost over $50au and it is only 4oz 118ml so only have 2 doses but I think the fish has settled down today and is behaving normal I think
no other fish has a problem
I will give the remaining bottle in the 7 day period and see how it goes
unfortunately here in Thailand they do not have prazipro so am behind the 8ball there :debi:
