Question on Stream2 6125

HI

I own 2 of them

and I have a problem with one. what It does is when I take it

out of water and put it back in it makes loud noise and vibrates

but doesnt shoot any water I have to take them out and put it

back in multiple times to get it work. also on my other one

I broke the cap for the outlet is there anyway I can buy

cap for the outlet>?

Yes, we have the caps. I would suspect the 6125 that doesn't start either has a drive unit that fits to tight on the shaft or the drive unit or front cover is damaged in some way. Does it spin backwards or not at all? How long has it been in use?

im not sure if its spin backward it vibrates really hard tho

its been use for about a months

Did it work up until now? Can you take it apart and check that the drive unit spins freely on the shaft and there is no obvious damage to parts?
