After my tank disaster last week, I am now in the planning stages for a new tank. I am considering switching to VHO's because a) I don't really care much for SPS, b) I like the URI VHO Actinics and c) it seems to me that rics and zoos do better under VHO's rather than my 250w MH. My only concern is for my blue carpet. Would 440w of VHO lighting be enough in a tank thats about 48" L and 20-22" H?
