question regarding eels.

Alright, i am completely new to eels. I have a hawaiian snowflake eel coming from DD tomorrow. I was youtubing eels and i noticed all the videos i saw the eels were "gulping", is this normal? Thanks.

yes that is normal. my ghost ribbon does it all the time.

Most eels lack moveable opercula, and must use this exaggerated form of breathing to pump water over their gills.
