question regarding flukes

when you do a FW dip (i usually do 4min) what are you looking for, i know you are suppose to see them, but everytime i do a fw dip the fish usually poops!

is it obvious when its flukes? or are we talking about miniature little white spot that you can barely see?

Small white to white/clear flakes that will be in the water. Kind of like flat worms but smaller and not red/brown
