Hi,
I have a quick question. I want to incorporate a refugium into my sump. My question is, I am keeping the refugium to grow a good amount of pods for my tank. Will I have to add them manually, or if I set it up to where the fuge drains into return area, will they be taken up through the pump? I've heard where they will be, but then I've heard that they might get shredded in the process. Just wondering. Please let me know. Thank you very much.

Some may get shredded but in my experience wherever a fuge is, before pump or after pump, pods will inhabit it if there are no predators, tank too.
