Question to anemone keepers

I was wondering if you guys move an anemone that is venturing behind the rock or do you let it just go. I have a green lta that is beginning his trek behind my reef, I moved him back up front the first time I just wanted to see if I should let him go.

Let him go, but don't try to feed him, you can't make an anemone stay where you want. Mine BTA wonder for a week all over the tank, it was facing the back and finally surface facing the top and front of the tank. I then started feed it bits of shrimp, so the anemone thinks it's a good spot because it is finally finding food and decent lightig, it's been there for a month and not moving!

Remember if it's not happy it will move.

Ok I was just worried because my first lta went back there, bleached out and died. This one is soooo pretty too.

I usually leave them as long as I can and see if they will move on their own, but when they seem to start deteriorating from lack of light I will carefully move them back out front.
