Question

I just received my most recent MD order. Everything looked good except the Reef Fanatic Level Control Kit. It was loosely laying inside its own box with the cables all tangled up. The control module was dusty and almost a little greasy feeling. Is it normal for this product to be packaged this way? It almost seems like it was a return or something.

Thank you for your post, I researched the stock in our warehouse and the stock we have available is packed quite nicely by the manufacturer the controller has a nice plastic seal over it and is well protected. The product will have a little bit of a residue from manufacturing.
