Questions about first time saltwater setup!

So I've been in the fish keeping hobby for about four years now and I've just decided to take the plunge into saltwater! I've been doing research on setup, equipment, fish anything possible for the past 6 months.

Now my main question is I've figured out how I want everything and mainly all the equipment BUT I don't know how I'll have my RODI water set up. I'd like to have a RODI unit in my garage (which is heated) BUT here's the plot twist. I live in Alaska. The tap water is cold and I mean it's -10 to 20 degrees outside 7-8 months of the year. Is there any simple way to get around my RODI unit not being affected? I've heard that they work extremely slow in the cold.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

You could run tap water into a bucket and have a powerful heater in the bucket and then run the water from the bucket to the rodi unit

I thought about that but I personally don't think the tank would be worth the hassle then. I was wondering if I were to get a stronger RODI unit would that be any helpful?
