Questions on controlling my lighting arrangement with the Profilux

Hi there,

I recently bought the Profilux Plus II Beginner Pack and I'm very excited about it. It's just amazing! I'm just a bit confused about how to set up my lighting arrangement with it, so I'm hoping you can help me out.
I have a light fixture which has two 250-watt metal halide bulbs each with its own remote ballast, four T5 bulbs, and 9 white/9 blue moonlight LED's each with its own power cord. I have one digital power bar, but I've seen the "High Amp" power bar--should I use this for the metal halides? All my aquarium equipment--including the digital power bar, will be plugged into a wall mounted GFI four plug outlet. If I use the High Amp power bar, will this cause any interference with the other equipment? I've seen the Light unit too--would this be better for the LED moonlights and T5's?

If you could please help me out on this I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks so much.

Hiya

The High Amp power bar will allow you to place further ampage loads on the main digital bar without risk of going over the recommended 15amps max load.

I would advise putting the MH lights on the High Amp

Glad you love the controller, you will learn to love it very soon!

Thanks so much for the reply! Should I keep the T5's and moonlight LED's on the digital powerbar--or get the Light unit for those?

You can put the T'5's on the power bar no problem just be aware as you add more devices to the power bar you do not exceed the 15amp rule of total current loading

to calculate

Watts divided by Volts = amps
