Questions on Dimmable Ballasts

Hi folks.... a few questions on your dimmable ballasts.

1. Are the ballasts considered standard output (such as a WorkHorse, for example) or High Output (overdriving) ballasts, somewhat like an IceCap, on T5 bulbs?

2. If the output is standard, can your 54W ballast be run to "overdrive" a 39w 3 foot long bulb?

3. From reading the catalog, it appears that there is an 80 watt version of the dimmable ballast is available... I assume it is for driving 5 foot T5 bulbs. Is that available for us folks in North America? I would assume that it would be a special order.

4. The dimmable interface: is one per ballast needed, or can one multiple multiple ballasts?

Thanks!

It's only available in 220V so not only it's a special order, it would requires that you re-arrange you electricity to have 220V near you aquarium.
