Quick acclimation question

About 5 minutes ago, I received an angel fish from Blue Zoo that is breathing rapidly at the surface. Should I shorten the usual acclimation period before putting him in quarantine? I am worred about him.

BZ usually ships at 1.019 SG (verify that with a refractometer) so what is your SG? Coming up usually takes a longer acclimation time.

Welp. It only took about 5 minutes of acclimation for him to start breathing better.

So, disregard. He appears to be fine right now...
