Quick help..how long will a peppermint live out of water?

I've never had much luck with peppermints. My aips were pretty good size though, and the tank was very mature, so i'm sure they had other, more tasty things to prey on. The berghia arrived in great shape. We'll see how they do.

I had all kinds of anemones in my tank at first, I zap a lot of the big ones with joe's juice and the peppermints took care of the rest, I didn't think they'll eat all of them, but they did. Needless to say, I have no anemone left in my tank.....

Wooglin, I have some 3cc syringes with 25G x 1" needle. Do you use the needles when injecting the joes juice, or remove it? I'm probably gonna run to AC this evening and pick some up. Gotta get snake food anyways...

I use the needles. It allows you to really direct the joes juice to where it needs to be. You can also actually puncture and inject if you have some difficult ones. Just be sure to rinse the needle after your done with hot water. The Joes Juice will clog the needle otherwise, and when you need it again it wont work.
