Quick ich treatment question; leopard wrasse

I am going through a fallow period right now to eradicate my system of ich. All of my fishes are housed in QT tanks during this time. I have a choati wrasse in one of the tanks. I cannot treat with copper mainly because there is sand in the tank, but also because the fish is quite sensitive I don't want to subject it to copper. It is for this same reason that I also don't want to utilize the transfer method.

Would hypo be a viable alternative?

TTM shouldn't be too stressful if done properly. I imagine that would be less stressful than hypo for something as sensitive as a chaoti wrasse.
