Quick lighting question

So I know the general rule of thumb for watts per gallon, but due to the depth of my 150 display being 22 inches, would a t5 fixture of four 54-watt bulbs be sufficient to keep a few palys, zoanthids and some softies?

I don't know if watt per gallon is really the standard. Tank lighting has evolved rapidly in just the last couple years.

I ran 4 T5HO's (overdriven) on my 90G reef and the growth was fantastic. It was 24" deep as well. Be sure to use high quality reflectors.
