Quick magnet holders question.

Roger (or anyone else that knows),
I received some magnet holders and there were four rubber feet on only one of the magnets.
The other piece had none.
Is this normal?
If so, which goes in the tank.
The piece with the feet or without?

Geez you got those QUICK!

The rubber feet should be on both magnets (inner and outer), well mine are anyway. I don't think it's that big of a deal. Just use the rubber footed magnet IN the tank supporting the Stream/Wavebox. That way it will grip against the glass. The magnets as you now know are pretty strong and the rubber feet are pretty sticky, it's not like you can move the Streams around like you would a cleaning magnet! Roger can probably get those for you if it is an issue.

The holders I got had the rubber feet on all 4. I would place the feet on the inside of the tank to help minimize vibration. HTH

I PM'd Pete (who sold the magnets to me) he said it was fast too.
NJ - NC not really that far I guess for FedEx.

I can get you some feet if it is an issue. Really only the inside should need them. The feet increase the grip for a reason I don't understand but it is some sort of hydrostatic force and the feet grab on and increase the holding power if the glass is clean. They also dampen vibration but the main reason is to increase the strength of the holding.
