What aditives do you use for a FOWLR?
Just whater and salt?

That is all that is required and maybe some ph buffer to keep the ph around 8.2. But if you want to keep your live rock with coralline algae you will have to add calcium and buffer. I just use sea chem reef advantage calcium and marine buffer in my top off water. I add calcium one day and buffer the next and has worked for me for years. Calcium stays at 400ppm and alk at 3.5 meq/l.

Yea, just some buffer with the water changes. Usually try to keep the cal at least 350.

If you use argonite, you don't need a buffer. My ph stays around 8.2 with no problems.
