right now i have a 10 gallon tank that has two clowns and recently added a corallife 50/50 15 watt light to the tank, so one 50/50 15 watt light, i was wondering if it was possible to have any corals in that tank? It is 50 percent natural daylight 6000k, 50 percent actnic 03 blue, i don't want to anything unless i know it is safe for that organism

As a simple 15 watt NO output flourescent lamp, it won't really be enough to support any photosynthetic corals. If you doubled it, i.e. added a second lamp, you would be able to do some of the lower light requiring stuff such as mushrooms, most soft corals, open brains, bubble corals, etc.

You may get away with adding a mushroom, maybe a zoa but higher up in the tank. There not mush light in the tank. You may want to consider some NPS corals. Sun coral will be the easiest.

it is 360 degree output i don't know what that means lol

That just means it's an ordinary every day bulb.

Some bulbs have a built in internal reflector that redirects much of the light heading up, so it that goes into the aquarium instead of up and away ;)
