IO, from the LFS, by the box. I have a 2 60gal containers (one for RO/DI and one for SW) The SW is plumbed to sump where It can be dump it after the water changes every other week. More or less

Instant Ocean, either the 200 gallon box or the 160 gallon container, depending on which is on sale. I usually shop around for the cheapest of Drs. Foster and Smith, That Fish Place, or Marine Depot taking into account if anyone has free shipping deals going since salt is a heavy item to ship.

Red sea coral pro. I bought my first bucket from dr. foster and smith, but a new LFS opened near by and they sell it for the same price I LOVE this stuff! It's better than the instant ocean I used to use.
