quietest filter for my tank..

Ok cool guys, so I'm looking at a Eheim Canister Filter for a Fluval. Should I run 2 or 1? And also do I need to put a light in them if I put some LR in there?

Question also, I kinda wanted a look of not alot of things in my tank, can I put the heater in the filter or no?

One should be fine. I don't know of an practical way offhand to put a heater into a canister filter, based on the ones I've seen.
