I've had my lights for a few years now, I think they are great but,..

I was updating the time the other day, and I have always had them set to 65%. I decided to set them to 75% "radiant light". When I hover over the highest dot in the graph, "mid day" it only shows about 57%.

So my question is why an I saying overall set to 75% but the max that outputs is 57%?

When you hover over the dot, it's showing you the combined percentage off all your channels at that setting.
Unless all your channels are set to 100%, and your overall intensity is at 100%, that dot will never show 100%.

so setting the overall to 75% does what than? is it 75% intensity even though the dot says 57%? does 57% just happen to equal the color?

The overall would set the fixture to 75% of whatever you have the channels programmed to.
If all your channels were 100% and you set the overall to 75%, then the dot *should* read 75%.
