Radion fan question

Does the fan on the radion ever go off? I have lights programmed to have moon lights but 0% for a span of 6 hours but fan is still on during this time. Should the fans be turning off and getting a break at anytime and if so can I do it without switching off power to the outlet on my controller.

No. It is designed to stay on at all times.

That is correct; the fan is designed to run constantly (at variable speeds based on temperature) to avoid overheating and/or dust settling within the fixture.
