Radion Gen 1 constantly changing cycles

My Radion Gen 1 keeps changing cycles and acting like someone is pressing a touch button on the top when no one is. I have wiped off the top of the unit with a dry cloth and that has not resolved anything.

Anyone have any suggestions for this?

It sounds like the problem I was having. The buttons are getting pressed. The buttons are on top and somehow mine were not even touching the light bracket but they were doing odd things. I took several long USB cords connected the radion to my computer. Then went into the echotech software and disabled the buttons. P.S. mine were hooked up to apex...anyways there might be one more step...if you want I can look for my notes.

Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

1. Power down all Radions for 30 seconds
2. Power on All Radions
3. Connect via USB to a single Radion - If NOT using a ReefLink*
4. Open the Connection Manager - If NOT using a ReefLink*
5. Log in to EcoSmart Live using either Google Chrome or Safari as your web browser
6. Select the "Devices" tab
7. Select the "Gear" icon next to "Light 1"
8. Check the box to disable the Radion buttons
9. Repeat steps 7 & 8 for each Radion
10. Select the "Done" button to save changes
11. Once the page refreshes select the "Program Aquarium"
